At Inaraa Skincare, we take great care in ensuring that your natural, powder-based skincare and haircare products reach you safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of your orders.

Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Timelines
We partner with trusted courier services to deliver across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas / Villages: 7–10 business days

Please note: Unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, strikes, or courier disruptions may occasionally affect delivery timelines.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain purchase value (if applicable, details will be displayed on the website during checkout).
  • Standard shipping charges will apply for orders below the minimum value. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown before checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email or SMS. You can track your order status directly through the courier partner’s website or through your account on our website.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable to accept delivery, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we may reship the order upon request, but additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. Deliveries are available only within India. (If you plan to expand later, this section can be updated).

Damaged or Missing Products
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with photographs of the package and products. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
